do i have enough for the I-130?

ok so next week I will be FINALLY filing for my husband!! yay! but im just soo anxious! lol (which is think might be normal) this is what I have so far if I'm missing someting plz let me know.

"long" marriage cert. from minister (hubby just fed exd the copy of it to me ith seal).

flight info to Kingston and back to Seattle

some emails and going to print off IMs from MSN and yahoo (which ones do i choose?) also from FB

his phone records (going to mail them to me) pennytalk calls to, i cant seen to get my phone records from boostmobile.com (incoming i cant get, only outgoing) he calls me more than 8 times a day every day.

wedding photos, us on the beach and at a party, which is on a jamaica website lol--- if i need one with one of his friends i have that to and with his family

fee of course

a letter from his mother and father stating they were there at the wedding

could only find one receipt from when i was in JA when he exchanged money for me.

i just want to make sure i have EVERYTHING i need and what they want.. would this be enough? Thanks guys.. our visa journey is about to begin! OMMMGG!!!!! I CANT WAIT!! lol is anybody else a lil scared? maybe its just my nerves lol. THanks guys again!

Follow the I-130 guide here on VJ...use that checklist and you can't go wrong For your emails, you should provide some from the beginning, middle, and present time to reflect that your relationship has been ongoing (print them double sided if you can). Good luck and again, check out the guides section.

thanks guys!! so the pics dont they all go with the I-130 forms G-325 all in the same packet or is it just the I-130 for right now? and yes i have the check list around here somewhere lol sooo many papers uuugh! lol just excited.

Send everything in the same packet with tabs indicating what is behind each tab...and the tabs should be located on the bottom, not side tabs (I had to make the bottom tabs myself because for the love of GOD I could not find bottom tabs anywhere (not ones that were NOT prelabeled anyway). Just follow the guide exactly and in the order that it's listed on the guide. Everything should be submitted together in ONE neatly put together package. Don't rush through it because you're excited, LOL . Take your time~you don't want an RFE Check it over and over...trust me, take your time with it...it's worth it in the long run. Good luck with everything!

One more thing - it's always good to frontload your petition package with plenty of evidence of an ongoing relationship...from the beginning until now. I am not saying to send in thousands of sheets of paper, but send in enough to cover yourself from the beginning, middle, and now...emails, phone bills, handwritten letters, photos taken together, etc. You can't go wrong with a well put together and organized petition package! (Extra advice given because I noticed you married on your first visit ~ just trying to help you along )

oo so should i have him copy and send me the letters that ive sent him? i have a reciept for postage for one idk what happened to the other one, and i wrote him two letters before i left, lettin him know how happy i was etc. he didnt know i wrote it till the day i left, i wrote it on our wedding day and i only have emeils from him besides phone calls..

YES, you should have him copy the letters you have sent to him (copy the envelope as well that shows the postage marker) and have him send them to you so you can include them in your package. Include letters he wrote you as well, envelopes too. You should copy everything double sided if you can.
