Civil Surgeon

My wife and I were looking for a civil surgeon for her vaccination supplement and we got all kinds of prices. The prices ranged from $100 in Manhattan to $260 in the Bronx. When I explained that all we needed was the transfer of information from her vaccination record to a supplement form I was warned that she would need all of these other vaccines and other tests. That she would need an HIV test and all of these other tests that are only valid for six months. Which all of this information is wrong. Dr Patel's office in the Bronx was the most expensive and they said that most likely she would also need more vaccines and of course they only take CASH. We found a doctor out in Jamaica Queens Vijay Sakhuja 718 262 9150 He charged us $45. He was honest with us and charged us what his secretary said. Although he likes to talk and talk and talk but its still well worth the savings. Thought you could all benefit from this information.

We found a doctor in Flushing near our home for only $40. If you had posted before you wouldn't go through all the hassle, but atleast you found one...
