GSM Cell Phone Providers - International Text and Calling

So, I had a prepaid phone provider, H2O Wireless, that gave me unlimited text messaging internationally (as well as nationally) and $20 outbound international calling per month. However, they've changed it to not include any international text messaging and only $10 outbound.

Are there any other phone companies out there that offer similar plans for about $50/month like I'm paying now?

I have an unlocked GSM Nokia E71 - I need to call Russian mobile numbers most importantly first.

P.S. I have a Russian phone number that forwards to my cell that I'm paying $60/month for as well.

Yeah, I just started with Simple Mobile and international texting is included in the regular plans (no need to pay extra). They have $40 unlimited web, text and internet (3G but it's slow) and $60 unlimited web, text and internet 4G, also Blackberry Plans for $50 and $60. If you want to make international calls, you would have to add value (pay separately for that). But for that I use this other company called Rebtel, their rates are cheaper (at least to call Nicaragua) and you can call from your cell phone, no pin# or anything, they'll give you the number to call. You may want to check them out.

Rates to Russia: Landline - 1.9¢ Mobile - 8.9¢

Edit to add:

If you decide to give them a try, I suggest ordering the SIM card from any top seller on eBay, they sell them for $0.99. If you buy it directly from Simple Mobile you'll have to pay $12. That's what I did.

Thank you. I'll look into Simple Mobile. As for the Rebtel plan, I have something similar, JaJah. I'll have to compare the rates.

No problem. I've read complaints in regards to Simple Mobile's internet being too slow, and they don't really give you access to 3G speeds but I don't really use it. I'm connected to a Wi-Fi network the majority of the time anyway, so I don't really care about it. Anyway, good luck!
