ITR 1040 support for i-134 orig and signed????

my interview is on Monday i have a question with regards to our evidence of support my fiance sent me 3 years of itr 1040, 6 mos payslips, bank statement, summary of salary, healt and life insurances & real property taxes but my question is he sent me all in photos copies.. is this ok???? and the itr he did not signed the itr.... can this affect my visa approval???? what do you guys think?

Federal Income Tax Information.

You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year. If you believe additional returns may help you to establish your ability to maintain sufficient income, you may submit transcripts or photocopies of your Federal individual income tax returns for the three most recent years.

Q. and the itr he did not signed the itr.... can this affect my visa approval????

I am not 100% sure if it needs to be signed. It should not make a difference his social security number in on the 1040EZ forms. If some else confirms if a signature is need. Then have him sign the 1040EZ and fax to you there.

I think you will be ok with the forms you have now. But its always good to make sure 100%. Last thing you need is a AP or 221g form.

I think photo copies of all you mentioned is okay. The I-134 affidavit of support needs to be original document with original signature and NOT photo copy, though. I'm pretty sure about this but others may respond and confirm.
