It was lost by USPS, and that is a lot of frustration, so im thinking about a tourist visa now! I need to visit him, but if i say that to the CO he will never give me a visa so ill have to say i have a bf here. Like how does it matter, im asking for advice/opinion about a tourist visa with this story, i dont ask for investigation or judgment, right?

You didn't ask for investigation or judgment but that is likely what you will get. Many members of this forum are struggling to be with the people they love and waiting patiently and following the rules. Rules that have become so strict due to others desire to fraudulently obtain a visa to the US. The responses that you aren't happy with are coming from the Terms of Service from this website. More specifically:

Permitted Uses. You agree that you are responsible for any Content and communications that you Post and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use the Service (including but not limited to the discussion forums) only to send and receive messages, material, and in general Content that is in conformity with or permitted by law (legal), proper and if part of the discussion forums then also related to the particular subject matter. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Service, you will not:

"Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method."

You still haven't answered why no more K-1? You say your Boyfriend in Moscow has a 2 year B Visa and you want to "visit" the US with him, does your US Citizen Fiance know about your Moscow Boyfriend?

Sounds like we have a fictional boyfriend and a real fiancée.

If I am wrong. Well Can I come and watch the introduction.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Lying to an immigration official is always a poor idea. Every interaction is kept in your file. Choose your next step carefully.

yes, it does matter:

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Service, you will not:

Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method.

VisaJourney.com does not condone immigration fraud in any way, shape or manner

what you are asking for is contrary to the site's terms of service and also lying to the CO. i suggest you cease with that train of thought.

The OP wanted to obtain a tourist visa to the US to visit her USC boyfiend/fiance. She was proposing to lie at her visa interview to improve her chances of obtaining a tourist visa by claiming her Russian boyfiend was traveling with her.

Gee, and I tried to help her? Uh oh :/

But where did she reveal her true plan? I couldn't find any post about it... Or should I not bother?

Btw thanks for the explanation!

Tnx for getting me back on the right track though.

But just think about how bad u would feel if ur whole K1 package was lost in the mail? Not rly encouraging huh? In a despair u'd think of ANYTHING to help u be together w the person u love, dont lie to urselves please.

U can judge me, it's ur right, but dont forget about wuts deep down in ur own soul.

It really sucks that your package was lost by the postal service but why is that such a setback? At most I could see it costing two weeks time? Your package was sent just over a month ago, has it been re-sent?

Maybe you can't get a tourist visa to the US so have him come to you, or meet in a 3rd county. You aren't the only couple to have unforeseen delays and you aren't the only couple to miss each other. Thinking about committing fraud is one thing but to come to an immigration website to seek advice about committing fraud is something different. Be careful not to get in over your head and do something that will cause you trouble in the future.
