Hello Everyone,

Its been a while since the last time I visited VisaJourney. So much has happened. Elena received her green card however Anton, my step son, recently receieved an RFE. They lost his medical records. They also need an original marriage certificate. No problems. We are working on his medical as we speak.

Here is my question. We just moved to a new apartment on the 26th of November. I completely forgot to submit the form AR-11. Is it too late now? Should I expect any issues?

Should I send forms electronically or in the mail for Anton?

Elena has her green card now. Do I need to change her address as well?

Do I need to fill out form I-865, one for Elena and one for Anton?

As the sponsor you are required to submit an I-865 change of address as well.

Your wife must file the AR-11. i recommend electronically then printing it and filing it by post as well. The same for your step-son.

How did you get the RFE if you didn't change address with USCIS? PO Box?
