Sydney packet 3 which is correct address to send it to

Does anyone know the correct floor level to send packet 3 to for the sydney consulate when they first sent me packet 3 via email it was this address, with all my other correspondence with them they are listing level 10 instead of

59 to send it to on the address, does anyone know which is the right one or if they changed procedures or something thanks for any help.

You just send it to that address.Level 10 is only the induction level 59 is where all the work is done.
