Hi everybody maybe is a stupid question but i finally received a rfe but iam not sure if that will be imbra rfe or just a rfe ..this the email :

On September 26, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 30 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours.

So what do you think??? thanks for your future answers and good luck to everybody..

february 22, 2007: enterview

february 27, 2007: visa in hand

july 26, 2007 sent papers to Chicago

july 27, 2007 papers received

august 22, 2007 noa

september 10, 2007 biometrics

october 1, 2007 case transfered to california

october 5, 2007 touched

No way to know. RFEs notifications like that are standard. You'll just have to wait and see.

2007-02-21 POE LAX - Fiance and her daughter enter the USA together, Easy-Peasy!

2007-06-07 AOS for spouse and daughter sent

2007-06-16 NOA's arrive, (issued on the 13th)

2007-07-05 Biometrics

2007-07-13 Received RFE (Mailed on July 3rd)

2007-08-06 Returned RFE

ROC (I-751) Journey:

2009-07-24 Joint I-751 for spouse and daughter sent

If you already have filed the new I-129F form so it probably won´t be any IMBRA RFE because those few additional questions are already included in the new forms. Otherwise it could be the IMBRA RFE.

Just wait until you will get it in the mail and try to send it back as soon as possible to prevent any delays.

Your timeline looks lsimilar to mine (NOAI date), so it's probably IMBRA. But it could be anything! As my friends have stated, you'll just have to wait until it arrives and read it!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!
