Hi! im just want to post and ask for help to you guys regarding my AOS packet. This is now my second time to post regarding this because until now i didnt receive any EMAIL,TEXT OR NOA1. According to my USPS receipt they delivered it Nov. 20 and no one signed it coz its sunday. Then because im worried i called USCIS and the person that i talked to said that my aos is not yet in their system and i have to wait 30 to 45 days before i can receive a receipt from them. But some of our vj members have their noa1 already and i sent mine earlier than them.Please can somebody enlighten me on my situation?thank you

Did you send it to the correct address? Did you make out the check to the correct amount?

I think it's really uncommon to not hear anything for three weeks, so maybe there was something wrong with it and you'll receive it back in a few days? I hope you'll get your email and text soon though. GOOD LUCK!

yes and they delivered it on nov. 20 and stamp with uscis lockbox....thats why im posting here to get some idea from you guys regarding my problem bcoz it took so long to receive my receipt.

yes i did send a form G1145 and my chenque is not yet encash...i called them the other day and they said that my case was not yet on their system and iam too early to worried coz it takes 30 to 45 days to process and receive a receipt,but of course as i see to other vj members their aos packet was so fast after sending it and mine is already 12 working days and i didnt receive anything yet not even text or email.

November 20th was the week of Thanksgiving. How much work do you think got done Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday or the following Monday? So you are more realistically only on week two. It took them 3 weeks to get my NOA1 to me and that was in May. I would look for the check to be cashed as a sign that they received it. Also think about how many people take this time of year off. The number of applications remains the same, but the workforce decreases--result longer delays in processing.

That is great!! Glad you got the NOA!One worry less! We are in the same situation,still didn't hear anything about our file.But hopefully soon we'll do.
