I have a question about something that has me concerned. I have read that even if my girl and her 2 daughters get their Visa she can still be denied access at the point of entry. What are the chances of this happening? She will have nothing to go back to and no way to get back anyway. I would hate to see that happen it would be beyond unthinkable.

They dont deny POE for no reason.

You have not explained your case, which visa is that, and situation, so unable give you more specific answer.

It is for the K1 Fiance Visa. I am preparing to file for my girl and her 2 daughters. They live in Germany. I see no issues she is a decent person with no criminal history but I am still concerned.

It's a very slim chance. If there is something significant in her past that could be an issue, and it hasn't been addressed throughout the process it's a possibility.

If your fiancee has passed the interview it's almost assured that she will be admitted at the POE.

Are you talking about reading on people trying to bring their children and getting stuck because they do not have a permission letter from the absent parent? Thats been a large topic recently on VJ.

Are the kids yours? are they older than 16? does she have sole custody of the kids? etc. are the questions you would need to answer for us to be able to tell you if she would need a letter from the other parent.

Have you already filed the case or are you just preparing to send of the I-129F? if you are just now sending the I-129F you have quite a ways to go before needing to worry about entry with the visa.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Huh? What envelope?

SIGH!! The medical results and your entire immigration file are sealed in a large brown envelop. The important word here is SEALED. You give this SEALED envelop to the CBP officer at the POE. If the SEALED envelop is not properly SEALED there is no way of knowing what happened to the contents and you will not be allowed into the country as the visa is basically voided.

There is no real issue per say to make me nervous about the point of entry. She has custody of her girls and no criminal record. I just read that she could still be denied access there even after getting her Visa and was concerned about how and why she could be denied and figured I'd ask here to see what people said. I have not filed my I-129F as of yet but I still look into steps that come later anyhow and this one jumped out at me..
