if the child is mine i will want to bring them to the states. I now have to find away to have testing done thru the mail. As i am under a contact to get a job done and cant leave.

The mother and child are in costa rica.

WE were together for 4 months 2 years ago then i moved down last year and we were together for 6 months

very much in love. But i am a country boy and lived out in the jungle she was a city girl and after 5 months she moved back to the city. Her family is well off so she isnt after money and a way out. She owns a house she rents out and her mother owns a couple farms and several apartments.

Two months after she moved back to the city she told me she was pregnant i told her i cant be sure its mine.

She says she hasnt been with anybody else but i cat be sure. She has agreed to take dna tests.

I had to move back to the states and i am under contract for the next 4 months.

So i have to figure out the dna testing thru mail stuff.

And if the child is mine i will do my best to marry her and have a proper family for my son.

She is single 21 and her first child and speaks perfect english.

I came to this site last year before going back down asking questions just about marriage.

Any help will be greatly apreciated. hank you

Yes i do love her we had some problems because i am a country boy and she was a city girl.

We seperated while i was living down there in the jungle she moved back to the city and i planned to come back to the states to take a contract. We love each other i just didnt want to live in a city and she didnt want to live in the jungle. She didnt like to go hiking and horseback riding and exploring like i do. And i dont like to watch tv. But we are both willing to do what ever it takes. She has said now that she has a child she wouldnt mind living out in the country. We were planning to get married before the child. I want to live in costa rica 6 months a year and in the states 6 months a year because i make good money here. And i love being in the jungle down there.

Definitely get the DNA done; this is the first order of business. Then do a lot of thinking and soul searching, then once you are sure what you want, talk, talk and do some more talking and listening to her. Communication is key between both of you especially since she left you once already.

Good luck,

To answer some of your concerns may help me with mine.

She did not leave me.

She moved back to the city only one and a half hours away. We would spend the week ends together.

I feel bad asking for the dna test an act of not trusting her. I do really feel she is telling the truth but

being a man i cant be 100% sure and it may be selfish or whatever but.

Yes if we didnt have a baby together i wouldnt be rushing into marriage.

But now with a child involved i have a responsibility.

WE do love each other our only problem was i am a country outdoors type and she is a city girl.

I would like things to be perfect i tried.

After falling in love my first year down there i returned to live together the second year for 6 months.

And yes the country boy city girl was a major concern.

But a child is involved and i cant imagine not doing everything i possibily can into making this work.

I hate writing if the child is mine but im a man and selfishly need to know 100%.

And no i wouldnt get married right now if not for the child.

But i will get married and do my absolute best if the child is mine.

Not a good reason to get married....especially as there is obviously an issue with the country boy city girl issues that you say you had.

I hate writing if the child is mine but im a man and selfishly need to know 100%

I am feeling bad about wanting a dna test.

I believe honesty is as important as trust.

If there was no such thing as a dna test i would trust but i have been honest with her

stating my concern that we werent together all the time and i have had thoughts of the possibility thatthe cild may not be mine.

She understands

Isnt trusting someone just trusting someone to be honest.
