My fiance had his interview Oct.3rd 2011 and things went very good there he answer all the lady questions and then she said I need the 1040 from your fiance n the co-sponsor she gave him a white paper telling him what she needed I thought they ask for the W2 that what we sent but it was wrong.. then I sent it too him and he gave them the papers on the 17th Oct. they took his passport and said we will call you later.. I have talk to my senator and congress and they both email the embassy there in Morocco. they said that his case is pending administration process when they are done they will call him ... so few weeks now they call him ask him what is his mom name his sisters and brother name has he ever been out of the country has he ever ask for another passport and Saad answer all their question and they said I'm talking to the cons lute We will call you stay close to the phone but now it is Dec.7th still no word yet and I call the DOS but the same story there I just wish to hear great and wonderful news soon God willing we will soon Keep us in your prayers please thank you....

Unfortunately the W2 is nothing if you do not send the full tax return with it.

Hopefully you will hear something soon.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

It is Casablanca, it sounds good to me they did the same with my husband. If they have his passport it is always good. If it was a denial then they would have already told him believe me they are good at denying visas.

Only recommendation is keep your Congressman, Lawyer, Senator at bay this can potentially backfire they have some lead way on cases that are on AP up to 6 months. Sounds like they are doing there local checks when they are ready they will call him back for a second interview. Casablanca does not move any faster even if you send them elected officials.

I know it is hard to do the waiting game, we were there for over 2 months.

They did the same thing to my fiance on December 5th, but they gave his passport back to him. I will be praying for you. I know what youre going through... Keep your head up!!! :thumbs:
