Has anyone noticed the abnormally high numbers of RFE's lately?

I was just looking at Igor's list and of the last 15 approvals out of CSC the majority had RFE's...

Seems some people should of followed the instructions more closely - which would mean no RFE's if they had.

But out of the thousands that file - this is still a very small number.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

At this point, I'd be happy to get an RFE. At least I'd know that they'd finally gotten to my file.

It could be that they've been instructed to clean up their RFE's.

I feel you. I filed the same time you did (within a couple of days) and not even a freakin touch. I wonder if the volume of RFE's is delaying adjudicating petitions with the needed additional time it takes to review the cases AFTER receiving evidence back from the petitioner.

The waiting really stinks.
