Hello Everyone!

My fiancé had his medical today in Dublin, but he didn't receive any sort of form that resembles a DS-2032. They said that all the paperwork wouldn't be ready for another week and then he could come to Dublin and collect it. I am just worried that he will not have all necessary paperwork for when we go through AOS so that he won't have to take the medical again. He asked for the form, but they just told him it would all be ready in a week. I'm just slightly confused. Has anyone else went through this? Thanks for any responses. :)

After the medical for K-1 (and K-3 etc when they still made those) it's normal that it can take a week or so to get the results. You don't get anything until then. Then you'll get an envelope to bring with you to the interview.

When you then get the visa and move to US, and get married, and file for the AOS, as long as there is less than one year of difference between the time of the medical and when you file the AOS, you don't need to do another medial. They'll still want to rip you off by having the vaccination records transcribed, but that's much much less than doing a full medical again.
