Is this an approval of my green card?

So tonight at 7PM I got two texts and two emails stating

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: MSCXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On December 6, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

and then 3 hours later at 10PM I got another text and email saying

On December 6, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

I have filed for AOS on October 4, 2011 and my notice date is October 7, 2011. The case was transferred to California on October 31, 2011.

Can this already be an approval?? I'm confused now and don't believe anything until I have it in ink in my mailbox. Why did they change it from "Card Production" back to "Decision"? And it doesn't say specifically approved anywhere so am I right to be concerned or is this an approval?

Whoa I can't believe I would be so lucky to get AOS approved without interview in just about 2 months. Still gonna wait to celebrate until I get the welcome letter/green card in the mail.

I have so far received no update on the EAD and AP...will they just leave them pending now if my GC is really approved, since I don't need either AP or EAD anymore? Just wondering how that works...

The same thing happened to me and I must say I couldn't believe it either in the beginning, but then my welcome letter came, and now I have my Green Card hehe. I don't know what happened to my EAD either, but honestly I don't even care anymore, I'm just happy that I can relax for 2 years Congrats! Start celebrating

And just now I got two texts and emails that my AP and EAD were approved, it's in Post-decision Activity for the AP and in Card Production for the EAD.

Since my GC was approved yesterday I won't need those now, right? I can just keep them for sentimental value, or something...

Wow congratulations!! We have almost the same timeline, filed OCT 14, Biometrics Nov 21st and case transferred to CSC Nov 10th. So far EAD was approved but no news about the GC. I'm hoping we don't need an interview.

I applied June 21, 2013 for AOS as an asylee. We were notified of a pending appointment for an interview set for November 21, 2013. Yesterday I went to check the status online and the status had changed to Card/Document Production followed by the message below.

Does this mean that I have been approved and the card mailed without the interview? If I get the card, do I still need to attend the interview?
