This question has already been answered before when you asked it. Please read your previous question.

The USCIS will do NO work on your case until you respond to the RFE. They will deny your case if you do not respond to the RFE.

My heart is breaking for you. I believe that communication is the issue for you. Is the wife or husband a USA citizen? Are they in the USA now? Do they speak English well?

I would love to help you. I told you before that your lawyer has done a bad job and needs to be fired.

You should find someone who speaks english well. Give them your receipt number and give the the ds3032 agent of choice so they can communicate for you.

This has taken way tooo long. Your lawyer should have been able to resolve this quickly but instead has taken his time and ignored your needs.

If you sign onto uscis.gov does it say RFE has been sent?

Can you ask them to email it to you?

Can you look into your junk mail on your email and make sure you are getting their emails.

Please make me your agent of choice and I will help you for free if this is a communication issue.

I will help you because I feel so horrible that your lawyer is horrible

All you need is someone who can tell them the right email or home address. I can email the document to you and you can send in the rfe and then you can get approval...

Please find a friend that speaks english well and can call uscis everyday to get this fixed now. It might be too late. Usually you only have 30 days to fix an RFE.

Good Luck
