I called them yesterday and today my case status changed to request for evidence. I looked at your Timeline I think if you don't have any RFE.. yours probably would be approved by next week or so!

Yes, you got an RFE, and you'll get a hardcopy letter stating what you need to send them and what your deadline is for getting it to them. We haven't heard anything from USCIS since July 7th. We're hoping for an approval, not an RFE, of course, because it delays the process. :) I hope your RFE is something easy to handle and send in to them so your petition can be approved, and very quickly! Good luck! :)

I don't wanna "chillax" - I want my man here with me! I'm completely incapable of being lacksadaisical about anything having to do with my man and our future together! :star: Anyway, I've been calling every day this week just to see what happens when I make the same request, and they give a different answer each time I talk to them, so I'll be in touch with my senator soon to see what they can do to help us. :)

I ve being through the same believe me and I really know how it feels, I also made a letter ready for my senator ,it is sux to be waiting this long I wish you a very good luck and I very hope you hear from them 2 weeks or less from your Service Request
