I don't like the smear campaign commercials and, quite frankly, I'd prefer RP to be ABOVE that sort of behavior. But, unfortunately that's what it takes in this day and age to educate the masses. "Your candidate that you thought was so wonderful? Yeah, he voted AGAINST that just a few years ago."

To those who discount RP as "unelectable" I would say perhaps you are right but: RP's greatest contribution may well be moving the Overton Window towards much smaller Government.

Cutting these hugely expensive departments would do more than just save trillions of wasted dollars but also redefine the role of the Central Government.

As the collapse hastens, a more palatable voice to carry his message will emerge..... Libs beware.

Ron Paul has the answer far too many don't want to hear: Everyone has to stop using government as a tool to plunder everyone else. Social security plunder, welfare plunder, bank bailout plunder, military-industrial complex plunder, etc.

Of course, all the plunderers hide their greed behind their pretense of concern for everyone but themselves.
