London embassy Medical results submitted how long for interview date and interview

My medical results were in last Friday and I'm just wondering how long I'll have to wait for my interview date and generally how long a gap there is between the letter with the interview date on and the interview - is it a couple of weeks? or a month?

Anyone who submitted to London who can advise just to give me an idea please?

My packed 3 and medical were confirmed as logged by the DOS on the 23rd November, I received packet 4 on the 2nd December dated 30th November and with an interview date of 22nd December.

I sorted it by packet 4 received date so you can see who most recently received the packet 4 and when they sent packet 3.
