Hi all,

I need few clarification. My 11 year old daughter is going to have her interview for following to join immigrant visa, soon. It ll be in Seoul, Korea.

She is 11 years old. Does she need police clearance certificate?

I heard she will not be issued a visa instead she will be given a packet to take to the US immigration border to get her LPR status. Is this true? If it's true does she need DHL courier fee receipt to take it with her to the interview? (my understanding is that the courier fee is for visa delivery isn't it?)

I heard child's case never gets denied since parent' case are already approved, unless there is fraud. So once her case is approved how long does it take to get the "packet"?

Thank you
