Hi VJ,

Well Last September my fiance was not given her visa due to lack of evidence.. I came on VJ very sad and u guys made me feel better with motivation and well wishes.. Her interview was Monday Dec 5th yesterday and she called me saying that the consulate office caught a fire and they rescheduled everyone.. I was so sad and frustrated but good thing is that they told her to come back today.. Well she called me and told me she got her visa.. The new interviewer asked her if she brought proof.. He saw over a years worth of phone records, emails, pics and skype.. he told her he didn't need to see the rebtel history which was weird to me.. He also asked if all the one minute calls on the att bill was her calling me to let me know to call her back and she said it was and the bill showed me calling her back with the rebtel local access number..

I want to say to all of u guys going through it. keep your head up have faith your time will come very soon!... God bless u all.. today is a good day! Thank you Jesus and thank u VJ... this site is amazing!!!

Nov 9th 2010 Petition received at California Service Center

May 4th 2011 Received petition Approval letter

May 12th 2011 Received Letter from NVC stating info has been forwarded to Lagos consulate office

July 14th 2011 Received Fiancé Visa packet and interview date (via email)

Sept 20th 2011 Interview day! Visa not approved.. Requesting more proof :-(

Sept 28th 2011 Second interview scheduled for early December :-)

Dec 5th 2011 Interview rescheduled consulate office caught fire :-(

Dec 6th 2011 Visa APPROVED!!!! :-D

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

10/01/2014 Package sent to California Service Center

10/03/2014 NOA1

10/10/2014 Received Biometrics Appointment Letter, Biometrics scheduled for 10/30/14

10/22/2014 Early Biometrics Walk-in - Cleveland, OH - weird experience with the clerk there - told me I can go ahead and get my biometrics taken early, but it might be too early and it might not go through??? If it might be a problem, then why let me do it at all?

02/10/2015 New Biometrics letter received, Biometrics scheduled for 03/09/15- I guess that clerk was right??

03/09/2015 Second biometrics

..waiting..

5/15/2015 Put in a service request online - outside of processing time

5/18/2015 Approved!

I joined vj sometime in october n I came across ur story,it was so sad n scared me too since my interview was in nov.As God will have it I went for mine n got approved! Thank God! But I stii use to think about ur situation since ur fiance had to go for a 2nd interview! I can't tell u happy I am to hear she has been approved! Congratulations! So happy for u both.I leave for d u.s 2mr.its only a matter of time b4 all our dreams come true.God is good and I agree this site is AMAZING

nice, congrats! btw, did u not go with all these evidence in the first meeting? Or was it considered not enuf then?

She didnt go with any phone records emails or pics with other people in them during her first interview
