Well, after a little bump in the road with our RFE, we look to be back on track!

After mailing my RFE back on the 18th, it was received on the 22nd. Then yesterday I saw our case had been touched. Today I got the obligitory 5 e-mails saying our case was transferred to the CSC!!!

Are all cases getting transferred now?!! :unsure:

Anyway, I hope this goes well, and my wife is extremely happy about the idea of not having to get interviewed! :)

Lets go CSC!!! :thumbs:

K-1 Timeline

11-29-05: Mailed I-129F Petition to CSC

12-06-05: NOA1

03-02-06: NOA2

03-23-06: Interview Date May 16

05-17-06: K-1 Visa Issued

05-20-06: Arrived at POE, Honolulu

07-17-06: Married

AOS Timeline

08-14-06: Mailed I-485 to Chicago

08-24-06: NOA for I-485

09-08-06: Biometrics Appointment

09-25-06: I-485 transferred to CSC

09-28-06: I-485 received at CSC

10-18-06: AOS Approved

Wow! Transferred only three days after they got the RFE! They got ours yesterday in the mail but they haven't acknowledged the receipt online...I hope we get as lucky as you! :)

they do seem to be transferring quite a few people at the moment, we got transferred on the 21st!

I've been following your case as it had similar timeframes to ours, and all the ####### you had to go through with sending the RFE in etc.....

hope you get to join the CSC group soon

Thanks everyone... I feel relieved that we have finally gotten this far. With taking so long to get married, and then moving, we used up the full 90 days of the I-94. I feel like we should have received Chutima's GC by now, but as long as we are together, this wait is much easier!

Anyway, congrats to all the recent approvals, and to the other folks just transferred to the CSC!!! :D
