Todd,

Hanhua can either get her vaccinations in China or after she arrives America.

My wife (then fiancee) got her vaccinations a day after her k-1 interview in Guangzhou. I was with her at the time and found the "Health Care Center of Guangdong International Travel" knows what they're doing and gave her the paperwork needed for AOS. My wife was given a sealed envelop addressed "USCIS Vaccination" containing the official copy of DS-3025, a copy of the DS-3025, and a yellow "International Certificate of Vaccination" booklet. For AOS, I mailed the sealed envelop and photocopies of the other 2 for my wife's AOS. Her EAD was approved last week.

Not sure how convenient it is for Hanhua to get vaccination in China now, but the one my wife went to in Guangzhou is located at #33 Shamian North Street, Shamian Island, Guangzhou.

If Hanhua can't get vaccinations in China, then I hope you can find a good Civil Surgeon (CS) where you live (in America) to give her the shots. Or perhaps find your local health department for the shots and then go to a CS for her I-693 transcription. If Hanhua gets her shots in China, then her can file for AOS using her DS-3025 instead of the I-693.

Hope that helps :)

FWIW,Jane got her shots yesterday at our primary care provider. We showed him the list (I-693) and he gave her what was appropriate. I've already spoken to the CS and he says if we bring the records he will do the transcription and sign the document. Our health department does not provide vaccinations for immigrants (go figure). So what Bobby is saying above is spot on. If she wants to wait she can. I asked Jane to wait so she would not be feeling bad during the long flight. I assure you she does not feel well today though. MMR and something else in her left shoulder, tetanus and flu in her right and hep A and B in her #######. Ouch.

...and congratulations Todd. I know you will be happy when she gets here.
