hi everyone. i'm planning on applying for ead form i-765 without applying for aos and ap. i have to pay $380 for it compares to the package $1070 for aos, ead and ap which i can't apply yet. well, i'm in a hurry to work. is it a wise decision considering the $380 i'll be paying for it? i am worried if i would apply within the 90 days of the validity of my k-1 visa the ead that would be given to me will also expires along with the expiration of my i-94 and there goes my $380. i hope somebody would enlighten me about this. thank you so much.

It is a bad choice, it expires the same day your I-94 expires - 90 days.

It is likely you will pay and be approved and then expire a week or so later. You would have to quit your job.

$1070 is the price for all of it, AOS/EAD/AP when you file all at the same time, there is no extra fee for EAD an AP. File for AOS instead of wasting $380.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
