Hi there,

I have been waiting for my NOA 146 days now..I know some of you have been waiting longer than I have, but now I start getting curious.

If your visa was sent to TSC originally and then transferred to CSC (I know because I have a case number starts with WACxxxxxxxxx),

can it take even longer? I see the people who applied the similar time as us, are getting approved, even some August and September cases.

I mean seriously, I know they do not approve the cases in order, but how does that work? I am really curious.

Do you know if the case is transferred, it takes longer..?

I am just getting so frustrated. I don't even want to be patient anymore...

Your I-129F petition did NOT go to TSC, it went to the Dallas lockbox, then was forwarded to the appropriate service center based upon your state of residence.

ALL I-129F's go to Texas, the check is cashed and the petitions are forwarded from there.

FYI... I filed July 14 and am still waiting. So, it appears we are in the same boat. try to be patient - the NOA-2 will come soon I hope.

Well, our NOA-1 dates are 1 day apart. I would expect NOA-2 this week if all goes well.

We're about 2 hours North of Columbus. Welcome to Ohio in advance (it's cold!!!).

Best of luck to you.

Just curious, where in Ohio are you from. I live just north of Youngstown and it is cold and going to become colder. Good luck to you and hope your NOA2 comes this week.

I'm in Westlake (suburb about 15 miles West of Cleveland). It's a balmy 40 degrees and raining right now, gonna turn to a wet snow in the morning. Makes for a lovely commute.

For all of us USC's who have beneficiarys coming to live in Ohio... They must REALLY love us. I know it's 78 degrees and beautiful in Costa Rica right now!!!

Haha I lived in Columbus for about 2 years.. I know how it's like. Unfortunately Seoul has the same weather as Ohio, but the difference is you have options of transportation here but in Ohio, you don't. I should better be ready for it! But now since we have been apart over a year, I just want to be with him.. It's getting so difficult :(

I hope we all get NOA2 within this week!!
