IM COMPLETING THE G-325 FORMS FOR ME AND MY SPOUSE AND ITS ASKING FOR A FILE NUMBER AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT IS.

ALSO WHERE IT ASK FOR NATIONALITY/CITIZENSHIP I PUT US CITIZEN CORRECT?

If you are a US citizen you put US citizen. If you are not a US citizen you put your country or citizenship.
