IM COMPLETING THE G-325 FORMS FOR ME AND MY SPOUSE AND ITS ASKING FOR A FILE NUMBER AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT IS.

ALSO WHERE IT ASK FOR NATIONALITY/CITIZENSHIP I PUT US CITIZEN CORRECT?

You do not fill that in.

Please see the example forms for help filling out the forms.

If you are a US citizen you put US citizen. If you are not a US citizen you put your country or citizenship.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

At the top of the page click the "EXAMPLE FORMS" button in the blue line. Then pick the form you are trying to fill out to view the example.
