I UNDERSTAND THAT HOLIDAY SEASON IS HECKTIC, CRAZY, AND INVOLVES SOMES DAYS OFF FOR MANY?

SOOO IM WONDERING SHOULD I GO AHEAD AND SEND OFF MY 129 PACKAGE OR SHOULD I WAIT UNTIL THE NEW YEAR??

ALSO, MY FIANCEE SIGNED HIS LETTER OF INTENT, BUT IM NOT SENDING OFF THE PAPERS UNTIL NOW...WILL THEY THINK ANYTHING OF THAT!????

No need to wait. I would send it off. The time it takes for the petition to get approved fluctuates throughout the year. You'll end up waiting anyways, and the Holiday season is really affecting those who are waiting for the their NOA2 now and filed in the summer. I would file as soon as you get your paper work together. The sooner you get it filed, the sooner you two will be together :)

In the directions, it says the letter of intent must be signed within a certain amount of time. I believe it was 3 months. I could be wrong, as it seems forever ago that I did mine. lol. If its' been months and months since he's signed it and given it to you, I'd have him mail a new one. No harm in that :)

*Started the AOS process a bit late cuse I'm a slacker and suck

But, we've had no issues. It's coming along. Interview should

be shortly coming. Married life is great*
