A Hispanic Democrat is proposing this legislation. Why am I not surprised? Furthermore I wouldn't be surprised if Obummer's Justice Department refused to take them to court if this joke did pass the legislature. After all they only enforce the laws and the US constitution when it fits their agenda.

So Peejay, are you just being disingenuous, or are you just lying? Yes, this is a self serving ballot initative being proposed by the state legislator. It has a chance to get on the ballot, but It won't pass a general election, and despite your insipid rhetoric, it won't even really be close. I do find Gov. Brown's prohibiting e-verify very disconcerting though.

California is losing more population than any other (LEGALS)

They obviously need to replace their tax payers

Entering the USA illegally is a federal offense, and anyone who assists it or conspires to commit it, is committing an offense

The FEDS should be able to get an injunction overturning any CA legislation which goes too far and puts them in a criminal position

Looks like all my years and money doing it legally were wasted. I didn't need to work so I could have just flown into Chicago, bought a cheap car for cash and lived happily ever after. I could have wired my UK pension to my wife's account - no problema

Most of Boston did that and the only downside is they cant go back to visit Ireland and get wet through and covered in slimy moss

Well at least the Mexicanos don't cut sheep's throats in the back yard and stone their daughters to death, but otherwise it's a bummer and I want my money back from the Gov

You have to wonder why the NLRB decided to intervene on the behalf of the State of Washington to keep all those defense dollars in the state, and why so many defense dollars from California have been diverted to Nevada and to Washington State over the last few decades. Surely, it can't all be about apples.

The National Lesbians Rehabilitation Board (NLRB)need to keep Defense jobs in Washington State otherwise all the defense workers would have to start picking apples, thus depriving Latina lesbians of jobs. They would then leave the country and reduce the percentage of lesbians which is a bad thing if you are lesbian and live in Washington State.

My house sits on what was the 2nd largest gold mine ever to exist in the USA. It was closed when gold was $60 an ounce as it was too expensive to operate. Gold is now $1,800 dollars an ounce and strange people with meters and instruments of all kinds are lurking around the area

Most of our state politicians are doing time in a Fed pen after being busted by the FBI for taking bribe money from the oil companies, but our Alaska reps in DC are still coming up clean...so far that is.

The numbers of dead people have increased every year since records began and are predicted to rise indefinitely

This will not only increase the number of ballot stuffing incidents but eventually the Mormons data base will run out of disk storage

When iris recognition takes over, Iris will have a job for life and the the absence of a blink for 10 seconds will be a red flag that the voter is either dead or a tea party member - in the latter case they can be taken through for secondary inspection where infra red technology will be used to detect body heat
