Again I want to remind every one....

I got clarification of what has been sent from NVC...

NVC did not mean to state that my applicaion has been physically mailed to local consulate...

NVC clarified to me that, files will be physcially mailed to local consulate only after interview is scheduled....

Got to know that my embassy in India is moved from Chennai to Mumbai [until now, I am expected take interview in Chennai, now they moved to Mumbai], that what they want to intimate [when they say case is being moved to Mumbai consulate].... So no anomalies here....

Thanks for updated about case transfer things. Actually NVC sent you letter that they have changed your interview embassy location from Chennai to Mumbai. But your case is not transfer yet. You will be schedule your interview at Mumbai consulate instead of Chennai consulate.

Please correct me if i was wrong.

I understand Friend, Already F4 filers have to wait for 10yrs as on today for their visa and VB moves one month with a lesser number of Visas..

Compared to above, F2As have lot more fair and lovely numbers..

friend....now do you know philipines or maxico f4 have to wait 22 years......will you transfer the quota from india f4 to maxico or phillipines f4.....??????? If you are not willing to transfer ur conferred right ,how can you expect others??? by the way marry crismas!!!!

my case complete & NVC send to me mail say documentarily qualified cases awaiting the availability of visa numbers

but i see many of cases have AP for no really reason & it tack more time

Hey guys check visa timeline in visa journey some pepole got interview with PD of 09-09 I dont understand that, I sort them by date so check 2009 guys here is one example I copied

i think you forget that we are moving to 2012 and so first case of interview on 5th jan 2011 is irrelavant and i am sure both had upgraded their petition to cr or ir....so these cases are irrelavant to us....

visa bulletin can you change your local consulate?

I changed my address from delhi to bangalore by sending NVC an email to NVC for change of address, and then my local consulate was changed from delhi consulate to chennai consulate.

That is true. My father's petition was filed by his brother in 1977. He arrived in the US 1997.
