Hi guys,

Receieved letter from NVC that our case has been transferred to embassy but without interview schedule.

After almost 3 years of wait still trying to figure out how this immigration system functions.

1.Is this the standard procedure within the system to inform the petioner that case has been transfered before interview .

2.Is this the precursor of another unseen retrogression.

3.Is this politricks to control the influx of immigrants in a polite way.

4.Is this gods never ending curse on F2A couples.

Lately, Suffering from insomnia and anorexia ! Don’t understand y they sent letter without interview schedule. Anyway advance X’mas n New year wishes. Catch up with yoall soon.

sorry friends after 2months we will meeting.i think some mistake by visa bulletin and kishor1. Bcoz without interveiw date nvc never send letter at local consulate and applicant.(its my &my agent knowledge) vb&k1 please call or email at nvc and clear the seen.,..... SORRY

Once your case is complete when ever you inquire them they will give this answer that your case is complete and its send to your concerns countries embassy that dont means you get the interview you will get interview only when your PD will became current... sorry if i have broken your hopes but that the reality and i am saying this as i have passed through the same situation my case was completed on 14 January 2011 and i got the interview call on 28 November 2011 so when my in month of November my PD got current.......

Very true........ every body going through the same pain i got my visa approved after three years so cursing somebody will not help this type of thoughts will only give one tension and bad health ... so enjoy the life and be patients there is a system that they are following and all of us have to stand in line there is no short cut for it....... good luck and be happy.......

there is a small difference of opinion between us.....my view is that nvc will not transfer the documents to local embassy after completing the case.....NVC transfers the documents to local embassy when it believes that visa for paricular case will be available within few days....may be 1 or 2 month.....bcaz i have experience of my own case in f1..i may be wrong....correct me if i am wrong.....thanks...

Hey guys check visa timeline in visa journey some pepole got interview with PD of 09-09 I dont understand that, I sort them by date so check 2009 guys here is one example I copied

Last year when retrogression hit right on your head did your common sense worked or lost! Did u expected retrogression? Forget about "common" i dont find any sense at all. If you try your common sense on visa bulletin movement you are lost buddy. Its proven fact that VB is unpredictable. So try to adapt your thoughts on those lines. okie

For the past 4 months i have never heard anyone who got transfered their file to embassy without interview shedule but it happened in my case, and kishores case supported that fact when i posted it. so its quite natural to think a chance of retrogression, as we all saw last month it slowed down again to just one month. I'm not here to argue with you my friend just to make clear what i posted.

Again I want to remind every one....

I got clarification of what has been sent from NVC...

NVC did not mean to state that my applicaion has been physically mailed to local consulate...

NVC clarified to me that, files will be physcially mailed to local consulate only after interview is scheduled....

Got to know that my embassy in India is moved from Chennai to Mumbai [until now, I am expected take interview in chennai, now they moved to mumbai], thats what they want to intimate [when they say case is being moved to mumbai consulate].... So no anomalies here....

MY PD is Sept 27 2009 not Visabulletin's

sorry friend....i never opposed f4 or any kind of other visas....i just wanted to tell that visas should be issued as authorised by the law (not ur or mine but usa laws)....and if any visas of f2a had been transfered to other categories inspite of waiting in the f2a( as we all can see waiting list),its not fair....and it is truth that f2a visas was being transfered to other categories inspite of waiting in f2a....for proof u can watch the issued visas in earlier years at travel.state.gov

Now judge urself who is fair and who is unfair.....

I understand Friend, Already F4 filers have to wait for 10yrs as on today for their visa and VB moves one month with a lesser number of Visas..

Compared to above, F2As have lot more fair and lovely numbers..
