Your are not current if the next VB is May 22, 2009. If my understanding is correct, it says you are current if the cut-off date falls "before" the given PD.Pray that PD for next VB will be June 1, 2009 for you to be current.

and the f2a its 22-april-2009 for what i understands thats the cutt off date, so if next vb is may22-2009 it should be current, i think

no ...you should call nvc bcaz we have moved forward for june 8, 2009 bcaz our friend studmuffin got interview....(and still moving forward hopefully)....

upto today we got information about 8th june 2009....so movement is 1.5 month....hope we will get few more interview news having pd after 8th june....
