So, I am currently on an H1B and I married my husband in July, I have not been to the SSO, I am trying to determine what last name I should use on all the forms. Any advice would be WONDERFUL!!! Thanks

Use the one you intend to use going forward, then take the needed steps to make it so.

Just remember that there are pros and cons for using the married name or the maiden name. It will not make any difference to the USCIS which name you chose. My wife decided to keep her maiden name so the GC and passport match for international travel purposes. Plus my name is actually more difficult to pronounce than her maiden name.

Good luck on your decision.

Dave
