Finally SENT I-130!!

Well afted much debate and money crunching, I left Mexico and I arrived in the US on the 23rd of November on the 28th I sent my I-130 on Dec. 1st I recieved an EMAIL saying it was recieved and it was being routed to the CSC (Cali) I checked the USCIS website and it says we are in the Initial Review...

Hoping for a QUICK Turnaround!!

Welcome to the filers club! There is a sense of relief to send that paperwork off and have it accepted, then you realize you have entered the tunnel. However, the light at the end of that tunnel will become visible, and after your spouse is approved for a visa, you will emerge from that tunnel with such an incredible feeling!

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
