Case Complete -> London

Sorry for a FAQ, albeit one with an answer that could change throughout the year! So NVC have said "case complete" on 22nd November but I haven't received any notification by email or paper for the interview date. Any idea when I could hope for an interview at the London embassy? January sometime?

Thanks.

Eek, I just found something that said 10-12 weeks after the package arrives in London. I thought I'd read elsewhere that it was 4-6 weeks from case complete. It supposedly takes a few weeks from case complete to arrive in London, so those sets of numbers are months apart!

We did our medicals last week but need some information from our GPs sent to the doctors before they will approve our medicals and send to the embassy. I'm hoping this will be done by December 16th - but will the interview scheduling not happen until after they receive the medical reports, thus adding more delay?
