My wife is from Thailand. She got an interview a couple months ago and the lady interviewing her just didn't believe anything. She straight up told my wife that she thinks she is paying me to come here, although we had letters, pictures, phone records, emails, etc. ###### everything. I did everything right, but #### that. Get this, my wife has been cheating on me ever since she first landed back in Thailand a couple years ago we lord knows how many people. She told me after we had an argument that she used to me get a visa. LOL how in the world did I know that was going to happen? Everyone told me, I didn't listen. Anyways, I live in Kentucky and I'm trying to divorce this woman. There must be some kind of way for her to get in trouble, what she did is fraud and it's not right. It's people like her that make marrying foreigners seem like a joke to most people. Help me out here, where do I get started and what does she have to do? I know there has got to be consequences for her doing this, I've spent thousands of dollars, sent her money and all that while she led me to believe we were exclusive and then actually admitting to her fraud.

Well I am glad the CO saw through her charade! I am sorry for this for you.

Inform the consulate, if she tries this with you, I assume she'll try it again with another unsuspecting bloke. Not sure how you can 'get her in trouble', but I am sure you can file for an annulment right based on fraud?

Good luck
