Finally i got a human answering the phone. My fiancee is still in the hand of the officer reviewing the case, and i was instructed to follow up again next week. I'm really hoping by next week its release by then.

Good to know that you finally talked to a real human and not answering machine lol. Hubby said he also just called the contact # they have on their website.

hello guys, i checked my nbi clearance..its a clearance for travel abroad. what do you mean by aka nbi clearance? do i need to request again in nbi, with that kind of clearance of nbi? im kinda confuse.. thank you so much

hi private. in my case i need to secure my nbi with aka because my birth certificate was misspelled and it was corrcted months ago.. so they wanna know if there's a case with that name which i never used.

Hi Carlo I read the thread you put it up and I may say it made me hopeful! I sill don't have my visa yet after being approved last November 17. I'm actually getting worried and anxious. I hope I get mine soon!
