long story short, married to an US citizen for three years, overstayed, applied for CR 1 visa. had interview nov 5th london ,denied, sent in i-601 , and it was returned friday, everything was ok, but they are now asking for a g325 from both of us, and applicant is required to provide a rehabilitation/reformation statement,could someone tell me what i am supposed to be rehabilitated from or reformed from? and as for the g-325 , who fills in the very bottom of the form g325 where it says complete this box, family name etc etcc, if its the form from my wife(usc) does my name go on her g325 and hers on mine? and finaly, does my expedite that we had for our i-130 carry on for the i-601?

been in process 812days since the start of this process

I'm not an expert but I'm thinking they're just wanting reaffirmation that you are out of country and that everything is current? That would be my guess. The beneficiary is the one who files the waiver from my understanding also. In addition , you need to give evidence of reason for the expedite as the I 130 expedite doesn't carry over. Best of luck from me and the wife......
