we are currently gathering the paperwork for our Adjustment of Status. It mentions i-864, which is the affidavit of Support. Do we need to this, as we filled in i-134

when we did the interview for the visa.

Also can anyone confirm that as my medical was only at the end of August, do we need to submit documentation for this, or should that be already on file.

Yes you need to do it, it is required.

The medical is good for 1 year. You should have a copy of the vaccination portion. If that is complete you include a copy of it, if it is not complete then you see a civil surgeon and get it finished and transcribed by the civil surgeon and include that in the AOS package.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
