Required Docs for K3 visa After Administrave Process period

Does anyone know what are the required documents for K3 Visa after a period of 16 months under the administrative processing?

Let me make it clear. My friend's wife had her medical examination and visa interview about 16 months ago in Islamabad Pakistan.

She recently recieved a phone call that her visa is ready. All she was asked to bring with her is the form DS-230.

Her questions are..

* Do I have to complete another medical examinatio?

* Do I need to complete forms 156K online?

* Should I only complete form DS-230 part 1 but not 2?

* What else do I need to do?

* Is there any fees for visa?

Anyone who has done visas in Pakistan, please help?

Are you sure it was a K3 visa that was being sought, or was it a CR-1 visa?

She will come as a conditionl perminant resident. Is this a CR=1 or is this a K3? I am confused also.

Now that I have that information, I can better answer your questions from your original post.

Another medical examination will be necessary if the validity of the previous one has lapsed.

DS-156K form is not required.

The entire DS-230 form must be completed; Part I is signed by the beneficiary, Part II is not signed until prompted to do so by a CO.

Fees related to the visa itself will have been paid to the NVC. There may be a courier fee to return the passport with the visa inside it (you need a Pakistan specific answer in regards to passport return).

But does she have to complete DS-156 or no? I read under the Department of States that all K visas should fill out DS=156, is it right or shed doesnt have to?

She doesn't have a k visa.. its a CR1 visa a conditional resident so no she shouldn't have to fill out ds-156. Just the updated medical and police report and a new ds230 signed on part 1 but she needs to find out if she needs to sign part 2 before she sends or if she will need to be in person at the embassy to sign part 2 of the ds230 in front of the CO.

Thank you all for taking the time to help my friend out. I appreciate all you help. YES, it is a shame to take that long, 16 MONTHS for femals. I guess now adays it just doesn't matter, male or female.
