I am planning to apply my aunt a Tourist Visa for U.S., what forms should I use from the USCIS website? The I-130 is for the immediate relative e.g. parents and minor children (I am 10 year greencard holder). What documents do I need to submit to support my Aunt for her application? Can I apply here in the U.S.? or does she needs to submit her application at our country? I really appreciate everybody's input. Thank you soo much!

Your Aunt has to apply by herself for a tourist visa in her country. You don't apply for anything for her. The forms are on the USEM website in for her country.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

She should be able to demonstrate that she has the ability to support her own travel like bank accounts, house, other properties, stable and high paying job.

Happy New Year!

She will apply herself. You will have nothing to do with the process. She needs to understand the strongest ties rule to have any chance at all. Its unlikely she will get a tourist visa unless she can comply with this rule.

The P I is a high fraud country where it can be near impossible to get a tourist visa due to the abuse in the past. The only way she will ever know is to pay the fee & see what happens.

There's nothing much you can do, if at all, to help your aunt in her B2 visa application. Like what Ning has already said, your aunt MUST comply with the rule of "strongest ties". In your aunt's case, very strong ties to the Philippines. All the best.

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.
