how to get sticker from CFO

i already attended counseling at PRISM and have a certificate from them too.

is there still another seminar i have to attend in CFO? can i go to CFO anytime of the day and have my passport with visa be stamped? we gonna be in manila around 3.30 pm from the province and fly tuesday morning to the US. how many hours is the process of getting passport stamped in CFO? or can i just go to naia terminal 1 and get my passport stamped there?

can anyone share their CFO experiences . thanks

If you already attended the seminar at PRISM, then all you need is the CFO sticker attached to your passport and your CFO certificate stapled in your passport.

You can have this done at the CFO main office. Call them to check their hours of operation.

You can also have this done at NAIA. However, I read a report here on VJ that it's necessary to call their NAIA office in advance to make sure they have someone on duty during the time you will be there. It seems that they have other offices at other terminals and only one person who rotates between those offices.
