HELLO EVERYBODY,

I have questions about petition my sisters and my brother overseas I was wondering if i petition my sister married 3 kids how do i put in I130 FORM Petition relatives alien. I dont have worried about to my other sister she is not married and my brother is not married too. only think is my sister married.

second question is that separate check each of application?

3rd how long should i received the notice approval?

You just petition your sister.

If she is still married and has any children under age they can come to. But that is a long way away.

If you just filed there is a long long wait for you. Due to so many petitions from there it is over 20 years before your siblings can come and by then the kids will be too old to come at the same time.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
