I agree with the previous posters . . . I think its a great airline that is not for the 'super sized' crowd. Very good service, excellent food, and fairly comfortable eco class. - Mark

Don't know how their service is, but I do know they are the launch customer for Boeing's new 787 Dreamliner! If I had a chance to fly them I would just to get a chance to fly on that new airplane! That are the only commercial airline that has it in service right now. But that's just me cuz I'm an aviation buff! Coach seats are larger!

I have used ANA twice but only between Narita to manila. They use 767 and last airline that serves economy warm meal and free alcohol. Flight attendents are very nice and accommadating. If flight is fairly empty you can spread out. Delta was good also between Narita and manila and they have a 747. I have had the luck of business and first class for long flight to Chicago on another major airline since I work for major airline

I used delta, american airlines, and korean airlines. The american owned airlines were just ok. Korean airlines was really nice, good service, food was just ok, and the airport at Seoul was very nice. (i had a 6 hour wait, and a nice airport helped time speed by) I intend to try Asiana airlines on my next trip. I heard good things about them. Good service, Good food, and Good sized economy seat.

Yes I flew Asiana they are great. just can't find any decent deals for them anymore. Everything is for ANA now.

I'm an aviation buff!

Derrick...Being an aviation buff, I'll bet you'd enjoy the Museum of Flight here in Seattle.

I was down there again this year and it gets better every time I see it. They even had an old Air Force One on display...and also a Concorde. My favorite is the P51 Mustang.

ANA was a good experience for me since their aircraft was really nice....BUT THEN....when it came to my 2nd flight, ANA was gone and they changed the aircraft to Delta. What happened to ANA all the way?! Oh well

Ana was about the same as Jal. Food about the same, decent flight attendants. Seats are not what they show on internet. They do have individual video screens. On the flight back the leg between Japan and Chicago was a Continental code share flight. It sucked. Food below par, loud attendants, old plane, no individual video screens and the movie I did watch was interrupted with announcements and the movie was not even paused. One over sized lady decided to visit a couple across the isle from us and stood blocking the isle for a good 3o to 40 min and the attendants just let her block the isle and yack up a storm while people were trying to sleep.
