My husband did a successful walk in biometrics appointment the other day. I am a bit worried because he said they gave him a form to fill out and it asks for "A number or SSN" well he didn't know his A number (even though it is right on the ACS appointment form) and just wrote his SSN. Problem is when we filed AOS he had not yet received his SSN and so we just put A number. Will this cause confusion, or do they scan the ACS appointment letter with that barcode to make sure it links up to the right case? Hubs claims they did not scan it but I think they must have. Or would they be able to tie his SSN to his AOS packet even though we did not put the SSN on it???

September 26, 2011: K1 visa approved and received via DHL

October 20, 2011: POE at Phoenix, Arizona

October 26, 2011: Married

11-7-2011 - AOS package sent to lockbox in Chicago, IL

11-9-2011 - AOS package delivered and signed for

11-15-2011 - NOA1 e-mails received (NOA1 date November 10), routed to NBC

11-16-2011 - Check Cashed

11-21-2011 - Hard Copies & Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

11-29-2011 - Biometrics done via walk-in! (Originally scheduled for 12/14/11)

12-2-2011 - Case transferred to CSC

1-17-2012 - EAD/AP Card Production Ordered

1-25-2012 - EAD/AP card received in mail

3-7-2012 - RFE issued

3-19-2012 - RFE response received by CSC

4-4-2012 - Green Card Production!

4-10-12 - GC received in mail

January 3, 2014: ROC

Your worried over the SSN thing for nothing, just forget about it.

However he should have put his A# on the forms.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
