My PD is DEC 27/2010..i am very sorry to hear that. It's really strange that mine got approved before yours being that your PD is about a month before mine.

my wife got an e-mail yesterday that it was approved. i really think you should call to the uscis, i am sure they will help you understand why is that happening with your case

!!1 FINALLY APPROVE AFTER 1 YEARS 5 MONTHS...

The long journey of waiting finally came to an end on the April 17, 2012.

I called USCIS on the 23 of March and did a services request for the second time. I also got a letter saying that we understand the fact that this petition has been out of the normal processing time and expect to hear from us the final decision about this petition within 60 days.

But I came back on vacation from seeing my wife and on the 18, April and my wife told me she just check on the website and seem she has been approve. After checking on the website I noticed my petition was approve on the April, 17, 2012 the same day I was coming back from seeing my wife. GOD IS GREAT ALL THE TIME.

I also have a strong feeling that she will get this visa by the end of this year or early next year btw March-June

Post Decision Activity

On April 17, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
