More information is needed. Follow the instructions/request on the notice when you receive it. You must wait to receive the actual RFE in the mailto know what is needed.

You have to wait till you get mail from them and it will tell you what you need to send back to them. If I were you I would start gathering more phone logs, chat history and more evidence of a true relationship just in case that is what they are looking for.

But, you will not know what they want until they mail you the letter.

It can also be that you used an expired old form

They need better copies or translations of documents

many other things. but I think most common is more evidence is needed

FARID< I just read your first post on VJ. You had another girlfriend and did not go to the interview cause you broke up a few days before interview. Then you find another USC..... I think maybe you will need to explain the last relationship and not showing up for an interview.

Yeah i know i had Gf she was Usc but does not work that is why even evrything went nice and went to Doctor and translate evrything but we broke 7 week before Interview .So i there is no reason to got for Interview ;the interview is for to get Visa but me and my ex broke as i said there is no Reason to go for Interview that ois it thank for the answer .If someone happend to him Before it will be very nice to share Their exxperience with me

Farid, I am telling you that if you did not cancel the interview maybe that is causing a RED FLAG on your new application for visa?

Maybe just having 2 fiances close together from USA is causing red flags.

I just want you to be prepared for any questions the government might have about these 2 petitions.

ALread wehn we broke she sent me copy of her letter to cancel her sponsoring to me plus it happedn March2009 i mean more than two years how come its stil not canceled yet that will be very weird if this what happedn .Thank you
