You should be removing conditions on it 90 days before expiration. Vacation has nothing to do with ROC.

Also if your green card expired in 2010, you have a serious serious issue...

I don't want to sound rude or nosey. Do you mean April 2010? Sure it's not April 2012? If it's April 2010, then I'd like to know if you check date and time when you go on dates, vacations, health checkups etc. If it was April 2010, ICE would have probably knocked on your door already.

Hi :

My green card has an expiration date of Apr,2010

I came to US with CR1

I went to Europe for 2 weeks vacation this year.

Then do I start removing conditions from Apr,2010 + 2 weeks vacation or from the original date of Apr,2010?

Thnx

I would like to think that this is just simply an error...that you meant April 2012, but the numbers (0) zero and (2) two on the keyboard aren't next to each other, so therefore, this was not a mistake at all...?

If, your GC expires on April 2012 (i'm still assuming that that's what you meant), then January is when you can file the petition to remove condition depending on the exact date of your GC.

However, if your GC's expiration date was April 2010, then you're in a BIG trouble.

Btw, when did you enter USA? I wonder...
