Getting frustrated to get NOA2 :(

my fiance and I filed last June 6, texas service center received it june 8, and we received the first NOA june 16, and until now we're still waiting for the NOA2, somebody help what can we do? Im getting frustrated in getting the NOA2...

Which service center has your petition (only the service centers in California and Vermont adjudicate 129F's)? You would have sent your petition to the lockbox facility, not the Texas Service Center.

The Dallas lockbox is only an intake facility. They process the fee and route the file to one of the two service centers that adjudicate I-129F petitions. The NOA1 indidcates which service center the lockbox facility sent the file to.

by the way our application is over 5 months, is that ok to follow up? u just mentioned 6 months

hey my friend said she is going to do an expedite request on thursday but i also called the USCIS today and got a really overwhelming lady that helped for other routes.... try emailing vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov and see what they say include you previous referral number if you did a service request and didnt get a much detailed answerrr! be sure to put in all the info you can think about both DOB's names state titles of yourself and of course include the receipt number and what form it is that u've submitted

Hope something helps from that! im hoping the expedite request does something for me :/ I'll be emailing that email tonight as well i really cant sit around doing nothing I try all alleys
