The chances of her obtaining the waiver for the overstay look good based on what information you have provided. Only someone who knows all the facts can provide an answer to this. She will be questioned about the K-1 and reasons why she did not marry/adjust status based on this relationship. She will also most likely be questioned as to why she remained in the country out of status for so long, how she provided for herself, why she did not return home when the relationship did not work out, etc.

I did not say it would be easy or quick, but based on what you have provided I do not see a big chance of her waiver being denied.

Her other choice is to continue to remain in the US out of status, with no opportunity to ever work legally or any of the other benefits she would have if she were an LPR.

When I first know my wife I know if we going further I have to a lot responsibility for our family and this is the step that I have to go forward. I'm really appreciated your advise.
