You won't get a tourist visa to go to visit your wife and children. You have a stronger reason to stay in the US (family) than to return to PI.

Have your wife begin the petition for you to get a spouse visa. That is your pathway to the US.

Hi Anh Map,

I got strong ties. This is the fast way to obtain visa in order to see my family. However, it depend the consul if he/she issue a B2 visa after interview.I don't have a plan to condemn the law of USCIS. I'll just wait her petition in order to safe entry in the US. My wife still not yet applying petition for me because she's a green card holder. Can she petition me even she's not a US citizen? How long the petition? CR1 petitioner is for US citizen right? After 5 years and she get her US citizen, and make an adjustment status that's the time to petition me. But then, since long period of time to wait her petition I'll just temporary visit them.

Anyway, the link, forms are applicable for a LPR? I'm sorry if asking you this, I have no indepth understanding regarding of these.Thank u for those a good hearth helping me.Thank u very much indeed.
